Your responsibilities

• Analysis and verification: detailed technical analysis of tender, execution and workshop documentation in terms of selecting and optimising solutions and detecting clashes, performing quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimates for construction works,

• Budget and procurement management: preparing requests for quotation, technical and commercial verification of subcontractor offers, and active participation in the contracting process (materials and subcontracted services),

·         PM support: close, collaborative cooperation with the Project Manager in the area of schedule control, budget and quality standards of the contract being executed,

·         Technical communication: ongoing contact with the design office, manufacturers and suppliers of materials and subcontracted services, as well as the Site Manager, to ensure a smooth flow of information and ongoing resolution of technical issues.

Our requirements

• Education: higher education in civil engineering (preferred specialisation: Building Structures),

• Experience: minimum 2–3 years of documented experience in a similar role involving the tendering and execution of building or industrial projects (experience in the steel structures sector will be an additional asset),

• Tools: good knowledge of the MS Office suite (in particular MS Excel for cost analysis) and the ability to read technical drawings in a CAD environment (knowledge of 3D modelling software, e.g. Tekla, will be an additional advantage),

• Soft skills: highly developed analytical abilities, meticulousness in working with documentation, as well as assertiveness and strong communication skills in relations with subcontractors,

• Mobility: willingness to undertake occasional business trips to construction sites (category B driving licence).
